All data that Inventus manages for its European clients and matters is hosted securely at our data centres in central London or Frankfurt, and data for our North American clients is hosted centrally at a facility just outside Chicago. While we have offices in across the globe to assist our clients, all client data is stored in one of these secured facilities. CHAIN OF CUSTODY
We understand the importance of having a chain of custody protocols in place to ensure your data is not only secure, but also admissible in court.
At Inventus, we utilise industry-standard tools and forensic software for data recovery purposes. All data is stored on redundant enterprise SAN hardware. In addition, our data centres are supported by independent generators in the event of a power outage.

SECURITY INCIDENT RESPONSE
We have a formal security incident response plan in place in case of a physical or network intrusion. If a security incident should occur, a Security Incident Response Team will immediately notify all impacted client(s), keeping them informed of any and all investigations.
